Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.

Returns
You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Non-returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

• Sale items

• Gift cards

• Personalized or custom products

• Items marked as final sale

Shipping Costs
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
